SubC Date Noob V9 Horrible pip - want to change!

Hi fellows,

Just got a SubC date Noob V9 3135, but the pip on the bezel is terribly wrong. I am trying to source a good one and change it.
However, i haven't found any tutorial here or on Youtube.

Any tips or recommendations?
