UK (ideally London) Modder Required - Are you out there ?

    Hello RWI Team

Does anyone know of a UK (ideally London) based Modder who can replace a bezel on a 37mm Cartel based Daytona. Watch is currently sporting a black Acrylic (kind of Bakelite) Bezel and I want to swap it for a Steel bezel (which fits) that I already have. So no parts required just labour to make the change.

Or alternatively can anyone advise how complicated this is to do ? I think it requires more skill than I possess but maybe its an easy fix ?

Obviously the easiest route is to find a rep friendly Mod in the UK ...ideally London. Any suggestions ?

    Cheers

    Darren

Good afternoon. I have a BP Rolex Prohunter DSSD and the bezel is broken: it rarely clicks and goes backward. I don't know how big a job it is to change... Do we know anyone in London who can have a look ?

Hi buddy, there is a shop in Piccadilly, inside the station, called Watch Repair Piccadilly. I had a few email exchanges with them and they will look into replicas as well.

Solution6 thanks for the tips. Have you or someone used them yet? I am just asking in case they would be reporting the reps...

Plenty have used them with mix reports on their care, you won't get reported but I wouldn't trust them to service a tourbillon put it that way.

Those type of repair shops are not AD’s and so would not be interested if rep’s or gen’s.

ado213 is who I'd suggest in Britain.
                  My wish list:
Panerai OP VIII movement (7750 with GMT complication)

I’ve found a place in London (specifically the square mile) that said they would service mine/do any repairs needed. They specialise in selling Chinese watches so i’m sure will be familiar with the movements found in a lot of rep watches. I’ve seen a lot of requests for London-based watchsmiths so PM me if you’d like to know the name.
