Dial stops when the seconds-dial hits 16

Hello,
I have a JLC NSD watch and just lately the when the seconds dial hit 16 seconds it just stops. Then I shake the watch and it goes again... I had the watch in the car for a second and it might have been a little bit humid in the car... I opened up the back of the watch just to see if I could see anything and let it dry if that was the case.. but nope..

Tried to tighten the screws to see if something was loose but nope... Any ideas what I can try?

What movement is inside? Was it dropped at all? Something is probably stuck inside of the gears (dirt or metal shaving from factory) depending on the movement it might be cheaper to get a new one instead of fixing the old one, also possible that the seconds hand is getting stuck on something due to improper alignment or too much time
