Take off the caseback, take out the stem and crown, take out the mvt, I would take off hands and dial, glue the markerby applying glue on the back of the dial, put back together.....if you have never done it before it can be tricky as the dial and hands can be easily damaged

This is really not a job for a novice, but if you are going to attempt it yourself, use a gel glue that won't run through the holes and seep onto the dial when you apply it to the marker pins from behind the dial. Also do not use superglue, it has off gassing properties that leaves white residue under the crystal.

I've done something similar on my cheap armabi watch. It went allright but thanks for the glue tips
