Hi guys,

I have a Luminorr Submersible with dual layer/sanwich glass which had its lamination fail and want to fix. Do you know what kind of glue is used to put the two glasses back together?

Thanks

It is not the cyclops but the glass with the cyclops, it is actually two laminated glass.

The two separately

And together

maybe best if you show a photo of what is going on,....if you use picr.me, paste the BBcode in the post and it's done...

I guess you mean the cyclops?

maybe this video helps

the best to use is GS Crystal Hypo Cement

Any ideas guys? Will GS cement work in this case or should I be better off with a UV glue?

Glass is mineral

im just wondering if it is glued in the first place or the two pieces of glass are press fitted as is?, I couldn't imagine that the whole glass would have come unstuck?. I may be wrong but someone on here will hopefully have some experience with this watch, its a 243 correct?

No, they were originally glued and came apart.
The top glass comes through the bezel, it is not pressed. Only the bottom glass gets pressed as the top comes level with the bezel.
