116610 VRF HULK reapairs

I have a 116610 hulk vrf. I have just started having an issue that when I wind it up to power it that it's rougher to wind and also when I tighten the crown it now shows the crown pointing up to the 3 marker instead of to the 6 marker. Any word on how to fix this or if I should get it services?

movement shifted/turned inside the case probably, so your stem is going in at an angle and not screwing down completely

So servicing it would be a good fix for it? Also is it illegal to get it serviced in the usa

Not illegal to own or service it in CONUS. There's a number of great watchsmiths here including misiekiped, 2fake4u, vac, strodda, katt, etc.
