Can you use other rolex casebacks on 16622

I have a Sean super Franken 16622 which the caseback is not only leaky but spinning on the case. Struggling to find a replacement, can you use a 16000 or 16610 caseback for example?

Debating whether I would rather something like a gen 16000 caseback if it would fit, since there's a few around, or try and get a cheaper 16622 and transplant.

Difficult finding caseback sizes on any literature or specifications annoyingly.

I think it depends on where the watch/case comes from...if it is the caseback that came with the watch, it should close tight.

Yeah, for whatever reason it isn't closing now. My modder tried a spare caseback he had and it closes fine, but it doesn't look as good. Hoping someone like tripdog occb2 JackJ1980 or misiekped or Johnny Depp might have a spare caseback that doesn't look like an aliexpress special

Thanks! Yeah I've tried him, bought quite a few bits off him in the past, no joy unfortunately. Tried all the usual ports of call....chrono24, ebay, raffles, riyi, helenarou, watchNY etc

Yeah he gave it to me but in his words, 'it doesn't look as good as the original one'

This Franken has taken a long time to build, about 5 years, it's full of gen parts so I don't want to skim on the caseback if you get me.

Thanks mate, the one I have fits and it's ok, just looking for a decent quality one if possible to replace it.

I can get a 16570 genuine one at a decent price, just wondering if it will fit though

Sean case is specific and in my experience nothing fit beside Sean one
