[h=2]42mm Pumpkin PO service question *PICS*[/h]
Hi guys I took a pumpkin on a trade last year and it stopped shortly after. It's a nice looking watch and I'd like to get her marching again.

any gurus know what movement it is and even what maker?

also who should I contact for a service and water proof??

I'm in CONUS but don't mind sending over seas to the right watchsmith...

again, this is 42mm

thanks!

Not sure of the maker, but the movement is an eta 28XX clone, the caliber is imprinted below the balance wheel- looks like it reads 2836-2 in the picture. It's a direct swap with a new eta clone or gen eta movement. For service you should check with strodda

I also have a good watchmaker in Southern California who is rep friendly. PM me for contact info.

Mike

You are instructed to stand down , STFU , and quit pimping your watch maker .
You have not got any permission from Admin to advertise his services , you were instructed to wait until that happened , but decided (once again ) to play by your own rules...
You cant do that here ....you are out ....

Great idea. Send your watch to an untested and unapproved watchmaker who is no-saled on RWI and will probably soon be banned. Kiss that watch goodbye.

Seriously, Mike, why didn't you wait for clearance and permission from the top like you did with the other boards? A lack of respect for rules and patience for protocol doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
