Panerai broken

Is there anyone on here that can replace or repair the movement in my Panerai. local watch smith wants to charge several hundred to fix but it is a AAA clone and just isnt worth throwing that much at it. You can wind it all you want but the auto second hand doesnt move.

What are we looking at exactly? Can you pull the crown out and adjust the time/date/gmt? Or is it just spinning freely?

So it doesn't run either by winding the crown or via shaking to charge by the autowind?

correct. It doesnt wind at all.
