Hello. I’ve had this watch for a several months (bought new from trustytime in July) and the crown has become increasingly hard to wind the past month or so. It is almost to the point that it hurts my finger tips to twist it. The rotor has also become louder over the past month or so. Is the movement just in need of servicing, or does this sound like a bigger problem anyone else has encountered?

It needs to be serviced, it sounds like the automatic winding device is binding up, probably due to insufficient lubrication. Get it done ASAP, otherwise you could be damaging the movement when winding it.
