16610 Kermit gen hands ?

Hey everyone,

I'm on a 16610 Kermit franken built, and as the LV hands are fatter than LN 16610 I was wondering what is the gen hands reference for it.

Not sure of the reference , but 16622 yacht master hands are the same also, I believe, and maybe easier to source .
please check my info firstly to confirm.

Reference 14-682 I believe. They're the maxi hands.

Yep thanx, I check this french online shop from times to times, those are gone sadly.
I guess 14-682 is the right reference yes, anyone knows what other Rolex model uses it ? Knowing may ease my hunt.

I think you'll be hard pushed to find the gen maxi hands you need. I think the yacht master does use the same hands but the lume colour was different dependent on the serial number. Earlier models will use SuperLuminova whereas later models used Chromalight. Probably easier to source hands from a 116610 and relume them with SuperLuminova.

Thanx for your input mate. It seems unlikely to find proper gen Kermit hands indeed, and going for a 116610 set to relume to SL, although possible, sounds like a long shot to me.

Maybe I'll stick to the ARF rep hands for now, and see what comes up in the future.

They look slightly blue there but only because it was in a light room. The colour is actually bright green. I can't recall what watch I actually put them in or I'd post a picture.

That looks great. Did the job yourself ?

I'll stick to the ARF for now, they're quite decent. I'll still keep hunting for gens in the future, who knows...
