Looking for recommendations for a us-based watchsmith

My ZF AP 15500 just started acting up, behaving like something is getting stuck in the escapement. It's a Miyota movement, checked with Katt but he doesn't work on miota's. I'm hoping some of you find for members may have personal experience with a us-based watch smith I might be able to point me in the right direction
