Cyclops Polishing

Hi Guys
i need your advise regarding the Gen Plexi / Cyclops on my 1680 build. I do have the feeling that the cyclops is not showing the correct way enlargement anymore, since it has been polished. It also looks quite irregular if you look at the date.

Could it be that this comes from the polish? Or shall I just polish it again?

What did you polish it with? I use polywatch on mine and do it by hand only. I have used some stronger products to get rid of AR coating with a dremel polishing wheel and have experienced a similar distortion to what you show here.

If there is no polish remaining on your cyclops I think it may have an altered shape. If so, regaining the original shape may not be possible.

I also used polywatch on it. Very careful, but I think it changed to a more asymmetric shape... hmm...

Polishing again solved the issue. DWO still sucks, but I really like the rest now ;-) thanks!
