Removing bracelet screws on Gen

I bought my wife a genTudor for her birthday and it arrived today.
Eager to have it adjusted so she can wear it I went to remove the bracelet screws thinking it would be the same as any of my previous watches.
Err, No, the screws will not move and I gave up before the screw heads got damaged.

Any idea why these Tudor screws will not unscrew, I have never had this issue on any new watch.

Tips please, unless it needs to go to a jeweller.

What kind of Tudor? I own two genuines ( pelagos and black bay GMT) and no issue with sizing them beyond my fear of the screwdriver slipping and scratching the bracelet.

Thanks guys, heating the bracelet up worked.
Bad news is with 3 links out it is nipping her skin and is very tight.
2 links out and it is spinning around.
For some reason the links are double links, you cannot take 1 or 1/2 link out so there is no way of making it slightly tighter.
She is gutted as she loves the watch.
