Please Review my Day Date

Hi Guys.

I am looking for some commentary on my new build Day Date 18239.

Two things which I am unsure sure about is the bracelet and crown. Bracelet I feel maybe the color is not right as well as the SEL ,and maybe the crown, should I upgrade to a 2 dot crown?

Positive and negative comments welcome as I am looking to improve where I can.

I didn’t build this myself, but am looking to improve it with a modded.

Yes, the endlink gap is a bit on the loose side. As far as the crown, I wouldn't bother unless you're sending it out for something else to be done. Beyond that looks good.

The case shape is off, so it needs reshaping.

I assume you used raffles daydate case and bracelet? Those parts need extensive reshaping (including the bracelet's SEL) in order to look closer to gen.

Also, gen spec 5320 tube can fit raffles case: i recommend getting that with a better crown (either a gen crown or an upgraded replica crown - preferably with 2 dots to denote white gold).

If I hear this I’d just go for a completely new watch (my opinion). If you don’t value and want an excellent watch, I’d just keep it as it is.
