AP Experts. would you rate this REP please? (photos)

So I'm in love the Royal Oak Chrono black dial. I've posted a thread yesterday asking about the best REP out there for this specific model as JF does not produce them. I was told that most of the REPS out there for the Chrono model are far from Gen wither they are Automatic or Quartz. I disregarded the idea of getting it until yesterday when I've seen one in a local store in my country. I thought the seller was offering it at a very good price (which I will reveal later) so I just bought it despite any imperfections in quality.

I'm posting some photos and hope AP pros can help me rate it and perhaps suggest a price since I can't perform a GEN vs REP review.

Yeah I thought the same when I saw it in person. It cost me 95$ didn't have to pay for shipping as I picked up myself.
