Ordering issue with Kovarsit

I ordered a couple watches from Kovarsit about a week ago and got QC pics today. Then got another email from Kelvin saying their bank account was frozen because too many transfers... He asked that I should request the money back somehow and send it to them again via another method. How the heck am I going to do this? Has this happen to anyone here before? Help!!

How did you send the funds the first time? Ask him to refund you if it was PayPal.

He is TD over at RWG forum. Its bank wire because he said he doesn't have PayPal...
