Bought the rep and now I’m buying the gen

One of the great advantages of purchasing replica watches, outside of the sheer enjoyment of purchasing a cool watch, is the opportunity to find out what you really like.

I am a big fan of the John Wick action series. John (Keanu Reeves) wears a Carl F Bucherer Manero. I have always thought it was cool. Fortunately I found a good quality Quartz rep for under $20 to try out. Love it.

For my anniversary #47 I purchased the real deal online for a reasonable price.

Here’s a photo of the rep. The gen will look 95% the same but weighs more and has a display back case. Same 38mm case size.

I have purchased a number of reps and enjoy them. I am only pulling the trigger on this one, for now.

Here’s the gen and rep! The reps not a bad option. Subtle dial differences. Movement is major improvement. I have to give the award to the rep for price and effort. However, I love the watch and will keep the gen and gift the rep.

Great thing about this world. I dreamed of Rolex Deepsea Sea Dweller after getting my Noob V10 I found out just how big and heavy the watch is. Now if I bought a gen I would definitely have buyers remorse, luckly I didn't. I still love it but not for every day more like special moments. The Sea Dweller 50th Anniversary is a better size and weight. Not to mention I got most of my dream watches for the price of 1. Enjoy your watch. This is a great hobby.

Found it on wish for $7.00 + shipping. I have received several comments from associates that are watch nerds. The rep is a great watch as long as it a Quartz.

Donated the rep at Goodwill and love the gen. Since I hang out with watch nerds I generally wear gens.

$7 for a watch is an amazing price. Now someone will buy it at Goodwill thinking they got a deal of a lifetime.

Different case for Rolex, one be willing to pay MSRP but have to wait in some stupid waiting list. Just get the rep and call it a day.
