1st time using Katt. VSF Omega 300 smp was acting up. I was having a hard time winding and setting the time. I contacted Katt & he got back to me right away. (Great communication btw) I decided to have the watch serviced while it was in for repair anyway. Katt had the problem fixed and the watch serviced very quickly. I had the watch back in no time & it is now working perfectly.
