Sent my Pam111 off to Katt for service and repair and couldn't be happier. From the first email asking questions to getting the watch back, I've been happy with the entire process. I haven't been very active on RWI lately, but people like Katt are what make this community so amazing! Thanks for everything! The next watch will be on its way soon.
