Bought a explorer ii for my brother. TD sent it but stopped working on the second week. I contacted TD. They told me to ship it back, so they can fix it. I’m a little hesitant sending the watch back to china plus it will take too long to get it back. I already have Katts contact. Emailed him, he said no promises but will to take a look because the explorer and gmt can be problematic. Sent me really to follow shipping instructions. Got back to me really fast with GOOD NEWS, he found the automatic winding screw fell out. He also silicone the crown tube. Got it back before 1 week. Now everything is working.
