I emailed Katt and had a response within 30min.. great start.. brief discussion and the watch was in the mail on a Wed and by Fri pm already had pics of watch tore down and expectation of what needed to be done.. Watch back in the mail to me Mon and in my hands on Wed.. 8 days out the door till back in my hand working as advertised. good price, service, and exceptional communication - nothing else you can ask for. period.

GMT BP BLNR with hr wheel and 24-hr date corrector wheel replaced.
