Anyone considering using Katt to do some general repairs should DEFINITELY do so! I sent a 11610LV with ETA 2836-3 to Katt for a number of issues. First, the dial was no longer sitting level (case clamp issue). Second, the crown stem was no longer screwing down (stripped); I sourced a new case tube and crown and sent it along. Third, the bezel had a major scratch so I bought a replacement and needed installation help (I suck at trying my own repairs). Katt provided excellent instructions for shipment. Sent to Katt on August 5. Katt had it back to me by August 11. The work was fantastic and he kept me updated throughout the process. DO NOT HESITATE to use Katt for your own work. You can be confident he'll provide timely and thorough work for a reasonable fee. I will definitely be using Katt for all future work I need!
