Hi all, I have the watch and will post pics over the weekend. It is lovely. A quick question, how to remove and replace the strap ? I searched and only found reference to a "fork" tool mentioned in the manual and supplied with the original. Do I need that, or how do I remove the articulated rubber and replace with another ?

Duke, I will let you know if I decide to sell it, am just trying a couple of straps i have.
Thanks all :)

I believe its a standard pin holding the strap in. You'll need to get a watch screwdriver or something thin and slide it down on the lug sides to release the pin.

Thank u, there's really no space at all between the lug and strap tho haha. I thought maybe I would need remove (unsrew) the last ling with a screw to gain access or something. You suggest just creating a space between the lug and strap?

Try going in with a thin flat watch screwdriver on the back side, not the front facing side.

Hey guys

does anyone know how to get the after market IwC (rep) rubber strap onto the watch? It’s near to impossible and I can’t see how to mod it to make it happen.

Almost impossible to put on a tight perfectly fitting rubber strap. No space to push the pins in to fit them . Anyone can assist?

I love these. I sold mine a few years ago and have been thinking of getting another one. Do the dealers still sell them? It is Chinese New Year so no news from them for a few more weeks!

Hi there,

ive got some questions to that watch.

- the plastic black bracelet looks pretty cool, but:
—> the screws of the bracelett to shorten it are (approx.) beginning on the 3rd link starting from the clasp non functional, meaning screws dare non functional! Is this normal?
—> the clasp is not really buttersmooth closing, its sometimes a bit tricky, stuck somehow. Makes it appear low quality. Do you have similar issues? If so, how sis you heal it? Do you smoothen it with lube etc?
—> tha strap that was included, leather with textile application, is really cheap and imho one can clearly spot its a fake.
—> the little thing around the crown (with red/ white arrows) has no use isnt it?
—> the crown has not fixed position/ one cannot screw it until blocked, correct?

Not sure if you're still looking for one, but I was able to get one from InTime just a couple of months ago. Worth giving your favorite TD a message to check!

Does anyone have the bracelet or can recommend a good after market one online? I only have a Nato and want to upgrade

Damn, it is a fine rep! mine is already on its way, can't wait to try it on. I know that the only tell is the "swiss made" and I am wondering: is there any way to source a new dial? I've seen in M2M parts that one fellow had a mint dial last year, but sold it. Any ideas?

So the NSD has arrived! damn, it's such a fine rep... not only, it's a darn great watch! I would even consider buying the gen but hey, the rep is great too!
I'm just wondering: the movement here is A2824 right, so am I right to assume that ETA2824 would fit right in? Anyone has had a movement swapped?
Also, has anyone considered getting a prof's crystal here?

And of course a wristie!

I'm looking for an after market strap cause the original broke off quickly and I've only been able to fit a Nato till now. It does not do it justice.
