150 year portuguese vs regular

I have found this watch, but not sure what the difference is between this one and the regular v3 version:

I like them both, but that prob because they are same model except case back?

Aren't these the same movements? Even the watches look the same, just wondering the diff between 150 years and regular model

I always prefer the closed back on a rep to hide movement flaws

Aren't these the same movements?

movement is the same but one has open case back and deco plates the old one is closed caseback.

Ok movements are the same. Are there any other differences other than open case back. Is the dial the same? I read somewhere about an enamel dial?
