TOP GUN Chrono ref IW389101

Hi everyone,

Lately I really like the top gun models from IWC. It's a real shame that the latest top gun chrono has the switched subdials (seconds at 9). Do you think they might actually make a correct rep of this watch? Would it be possible to modify the movement at all?

is the size 44mm including the crown?
