IWC 3239 from Kuvarsit. How's the quality?

I've always loved the IWC 3239 and have been looking for a decent rep for a while but they're extremely rare. Today I found that Kuvarsit have one https://kuvarsit07.com/iwc-ingenieur-steel-upgrade-version.-swiss/
but it doesn't specify which factory it comes from. Does anyone know anything about it?

In general, when the factory is not mentioned it is made by a small unknown factory. Expect a Rep of lower quality.
