Hi there, I fell in love with this beauty :)

Are these (above mentioned) watches the same?

What are the differences between MKF and M+F factory (except price difference $110) and what shortcomings/flaws do I need to look for?

Thanks in advance!

No, they are not. Both are good reps, however M+F nailed the details a lot better. If you focus on the dial markers at 3, 6, 9 and 12, you will notice the slight color change on the M+F which is a lot closer to the gen. The caseback engraving is also a lot better on the M+F version. The movement is the same in both, however it is decorated as per gen on the M+F.

The 110$ you will be paying are basically for the details which are a lot more accurate (date wheel and dial font thickness, lugs shape and curvature, the list goes on ...). If you are fine with the flaws mentioned, the cheaper version would be better suited for you.
