Then perhaps a BP? I heard IWC might do a new BP with similar styling as these new pilot chrono.
Back on the OP, I think it's a matter of time for a rep bronze pilot chrono to come out. These new chrono has the running second at 6 so the factories might use the same movement as the Portuguese chrono, that would mean the minute counter might not work though.
The new spitfires are farely cheap on chrono24. You know what the deal here is? The IW326802 "mark18" retail price is 5450€ and on chrono24 they sell at 3650€. The Chrono IW387902 retail is at 6900€ and on chrono24 you can get it at 4600€. You guys think its a good time to invest now?
Never shopped on chrono24 so I have no idea really, but I think buying watches is rarely a good investment unless you're buying Rolex or Patek, IWC watches depreciate a lot. I'm in no rush to spend money so I'm gonna wait a bit to see if the prices are good, and I would see if IWC come up with a BP.
New inhouse movement will make any rep using base 7750 a timebomb sadly. Would need something better like the portuguese have (which took 2-3 years to do with ok reliability)
