Here are some pics of the IWC Le Petit Prince I recently bought.

It's been about 6 years since I purchased my last Rep, so I had been out of the game for a bit.

I am really pleased with this watch, and the bracelet is especially nice.

By coincidence, the day after I purchased the watch I was walking around my local Costco and saw a copy of the book the watch's name is based on. So of course I had to buy the book!

The dial color changes so much in the light. Is the GEN the same? Which factory has the better dial?

This is so true, every light & angle gives a different effect, mine is from the ZF factory, looked at the Gen in AD and was very very impressed how close the sunburst effect was.

Too bad, the dial is not fully lumed. I wonder if anyone got it relumed.

Agree on the colour changing. I haven't managed to get a photo that shows how it look to me in good sunlight, the way it lightens looks great imho. Beautiful watch.

This watch look amazing. Is it the chronograph and the movement reliable?

Mine is nearly a year old now, had no issues, keeps great time, I believe the movement is an A7750
