Will probably get the white on bracelet. I got the MKXI tribute recently and love it - i don't care about the flaws at all.

Why did they switch to a Miyota? The gen is a modified ETA isn't it?
Annoying! Was waiting for this new one. Movement is definitely a deal breaker for me. Back to looking at the other factories then....

I'm a newbie but one quick search on the internet "Miyota 9015 flaws" and I find that it's a pretty reliable movement (???)
Aside from the movement, what do you think of the rest ?
From the pictures, the watch looks extremly close to gen. I don't think I would be able to differenciate them... But again, I'm not an expert.

From what I've gathered so far, popular opinion is that they're noisy. Experts, is this the Miyota's only downside?
I'm quite happy with all the 9015s I have had. The 8215 is usually un-loved, but the 9105 is a GREAT movement.
I will buy the white, perhaps the LPP and the mk17 as well.

I got my MKS V2 LPP today.
What can I say. It's a great rep. Looks and feels like a gen. Yes, you can hear the Miyota-rotor when you shake the watch.
But it's not a big deal when you wear the watch like a normal human being.
Really love the dial colour and the finish.

I still think the lumes on the 12 o clock triangle needs to be more "puffy"- right now the rep's are totally flat
fixable flaw unlike the endlinks width (gens' are shorter) and, if confirmed, the diameter (41mm vs 40 mm)
