IWC Mark XVI best rep?

I bought the Da Vinci model a while ago and currently looking for a new watch, something smaller than the 40mm diameter of Da Vinci.
I stumbled upon the Mark XVI, which is a 39mm, and fell in love with its design. I couldn't find anyone who sells it, aside from intime (which is currently out of stock).

So, does anyone know who sells the most gen like XVI? If anyone can help me find a link comparing it with a gen that'd be great. a lot of the links compiled were broken.

Theres one in puretime, but I'm wondering if this version is the best one.
If there isn't a factory name on the watch name, where can I assume its from? is it from MK?
