Date wheel seems misaligned and sunken. Is that correct?

Still believe the miyota movment is a big deal for most of us, especially if we want to upgrade to gen parts like date wheel and hands.

Date wheel is not sunken.
But could be better aligned.
Hard to see in real life tho.

It can look a little purplish under warm indoor light. For sure it's not 100% the same tone as gen.
But mostly it looks very blue.

Every rep blue iwc dial is wrong, they are all too purple. I know I’ve had many of them lol

No. The BP Little Prince is correct. No touch of purple.

The rep is great... the case was spot on. The v1 strap was bad but the V2 strap is right. The rep dial is a bit purple in some light where the gen doesn’t have a purple tint. But it would only maybe be noticeable if you had a gen right next to it. Overall it is very well done.

yes I did try on the gen at an iwc boutique. Obviously I didn’t have the rep side by side.
