That is the new titanium Big Pilot, and it’s not repped yet. IWC also launched a bronze version, wich I hope to be repped soon!

The titanium one looks bead blasted (not brushed) like the Patrol Suisse edition. If so it will be a scratch magnet like the AP Chrono passion. Bronze model looks brush I think
