Can anyone explain why the MK and V6 versions of this watch have a different font for the numbers than the gen (even though they're sold as "1:1 best"?

The gen has Arabic numerals.

I have searched images all over the web and not found a gen that looks like that.

Example:
http://www.theonewatches.ru/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=2669&search=Le+petit+prince

Gen example:
https://www.thewatchsource.co.uk/IW...MIpJWOz7nD1gIVZpPtCh09zw4VEAkYCCABEgIWpvD_BwE

Also, why do some models have a red arrow at the date, as opposed to a white one?

Seriously?
Don't tell me you didn't realize you are comparing 2 completely different version of Mark XVII

1. white arrow, Mark XVII LPP
2. red arrow, standard Mark XVII

With regard to your question, V6F should have the correct font. MK is wrong, you are right

I think I've found the answer to my question. The one in question is LPP edition, the others are just Pilot.

Very confusing.
