How to get gen dial from scotch watch?

I been look thru all the forum, people said when come to dial , scotch watch won't even reply, if you don't have a gen dial to show them/ or swap(I don't know).

so my question is how you guys getting gen dial from scotch watch??

Once I ordered a gen DW for my 3777... no problem at all with communication. If you won't find the part your searching for on their store, e-mail them a foto and the exact spare number. It doesn't matter if you own a gen dial or not, it only matters if they have the particular part on stock, and if so, it wont be cheap.

oh really, some say they are a bit corky on the gen dial, I guess it's only some case then
