IWC Portuguese Annual / Perpetual Calendar: Experiences?

I am looking at two IWC watches:

Portugieser Perpetual Calendar IW503406 V9F 1:1 Best Edition White Dial on Black Leather Strap A52615

and

Portuguese Real PR Real Annual Calendar IW5035 ZF 1:1 Best Edition White Dial RG Markers on Brown Leather Strap A52850

Does anyone have any experiences with these? Do the complications actually work (for how long)? Are they reliable?

Did you get an answer about this

I want to purchase one. I had one before and the power reserve just wasn’t even working anymore and I suspect it’s because of the 7750 movement which isn’t the best

But again I haven’t been able to get an answer from anyone
