Placed an order on 5/5/2019 and payed on 12/05/2019. I've wait for the QC pictures for 10 days, nothing. I've wrote an email and the said that they had a problem: "with a broken pipeline which flooded our office, your watch has been damaged". I wait other 9 days: nothing but silence.
I finally ask for the refund as I would like to have a watch before 2020...

That's the scam:
PAYED 0.059***** BTC (Bitcoin)
REFUNDED 0.045***** BTC (Bitcoin)
TOTAL DIFFERENCE 0.014***** BTC for the actual value of 95€ or 107$

They assume that they refunded me less Bitcoin due to the increased Bitcoin value in the last 20 days. That's unbeliavable because they are making money with Bitcoin speculation without sending any product! I didn't read any other feedback but it could be a trick they do when Bitcoin value increase...

Keep away from intime. Bad experience and lost money!

Noobie's problem. It always happens to noobies who don't read how the illegal business works. Go to an authorized dealer and buy a real thing or shop on Amazon and get your self a Timex. No TD here will scam you. Go away and don't come back.

This game for people who can afford to lose money...same like gambling if you don't have a lot of money, don't go to a casino.

If I've read this right you expected intime to send you back $107 more than you sent them because of the change in value of Bitcoin?
have you considered that intime might have cashed in the Bitcoin the day you sent them at the value then and so not as your claiming making any profit.

its the same with any currency it fluctuates daily, if you've received back the same amount or close to that you sent, you've got no complaint and certainly shouldn't be screaming scam about a trusted dealer, maybe try engaging brain before getting hysterical

Didn't get QC pictures not the watch itself.

Yes I understood that, and it's completely normal - something you would know if you would have done your research.

lollo90 you have to exchange BTC in Eur, you did not loose any money! the correct way to look at is how many dollars you paid against how many dollars you got back.! you have to convert bitcoin in dollars to understand how the trade went. the referenc price is in dollars!

That could be right if they refund orders in dollars value even when Bitcoin value drops (pretty sure they do not). Furthermore they probably make this trick every time Bitcoin value increase to make free incomes, for example if they refund 4 orders in 1 month they do about 500$ for free.

lollo it seems the dealer is the one taking the financial risk when you send them bitcoin. What if the bitcoin value drops significantly shortly after you send it, would you be ok with them asking for more bitcoin? You sent x$ (in bitcoin) and received x$ back (in bitcoin) your claim is baseless it seems.

Lollo sorry if i insist, you got less btc refund, ok, but now, if you convert them in dollars, since dollars raised up, you will get more dollars out of any bitcoin!

Guess who would’ve cried if bitcoin lost value and he would’ve gotten less money refunded.

Example may help, Suppose:
A) wacth cost is 400dollars
B) at moment of buying btc dollar ratio is 1btc=200dollars

Then td ask 2btc to buy the watch. You pay 2btc

After 2 week 1btc=400dollars

You then get refunded just 1btc

But then you have to convert it on your own...and guess what? You receive 400dollars from conversion!
