Dear all, I'm a new member. I've tried to look at the new members section but I didn't seem to find what I'm looking for. This is the situation. I got my bf a big bang unico titanium ceramic but the deployant clasp digs into his wrist so much so it's really a put off. We goggled and found that one of the solution without having to do anything to the watch is to jus swop the straps around. But it still digs into the skin. Sigh. I've tried requesting hublot to customise a strap but they don't do it.
I've been trying to find someone who can customise rubber straps for hublot... similar look as the current gen rubber straps but with tang buckle instead as the deployant clasp ( sad to say) is causing the pain. And I've failed thus far. Most of the strap makers specialise in leather straps. Besides hublot straps for unico have the metal inserts in order for straps to click in. I know it's like looking for a needle in haysack but I feel ... where there's a will, there's a way. I really need anyone who is able to help me out here. If you know of a good rubber strap maker especially for hublot, i would greatly appreciate your reference... hope to see a glimmer of hope here. Thank you all.
