Hublot steel ceramic, stopping. I need help !!

Hey everybody, I have a hublot Big Bang that I bought from Ts last year. The watch will stop while I’m wearing it and in my opinion sounds loud when you shake it in your hand while listening to it . I was wondering if anybody can point me in the direction of somebody that repairs them and or services them on the forum . If this is in the wrong area I’m sorry, thanks for any help you guys can provide me.

where are you located ? in germany there are some watchsmiths that also work on reps Blutrune (Eu watchservices) for example
