Hey all!!!

I am scientist by trade and I'm around a lot of magnetic fields usually. I have to wear watches for work to time experiments and I've recently been promoted. I don't want to be that boss who walks around with a plastic casio all the time.
So I was wondering if anyone knew of any antimagnetic automatic watches? It doesn't have to be a luxury watch just a daily wearer.

Milgauss is almost an automatic answer for magnetic watches - I favour the black dial and white dial versions myself, although many love the Z Blue and GV versions.

Omega makes a really cool antimagetic watch as well: https://www.omegawatches.com/watches/seamaster/aqua-terra-150m/15-000-gauss/product

For something more midrange, I'm partial to the Grand Seiko SBGR series:
https://www.ablogtowatch.com/grand-seiko-sbgr077-sbgr079-magnetic-resistant-watches-hands/ but these are no longer offered new to my knowledge and you will have to purchased used. I have had a good experience with Timepeaks but YMMV.

As far as I understood, Omega is the only manufacturer who has movements fully made of antimagnetic materials while the competition uses standard movements and tries to shield them in thick housings.
