Gen Rolex from the '60s or a fake?

I found this watch. Is it a gen Rolex from the '60s or a fake? How much should I pay for it?

I am far from an authoritative figure on vintage Rolex, but this does not look like a 60s-era watch to me. If anything it looks like a watch from the 1920s.

The coronet almost looks too perfect and modern-looking considering its age. I personally find it hard to believe that this company could have such wild logo variations, specifically thinking of the Bart Submariner from the same purported decade.

I'm leaning towards fake also because I can't necessarily pinpoint where this would fit in the Rolex family in any decade.
