Zenith serial no where to find?

hi guys, I got a Zenith Rainbow El Primero 02.0363.400 from 1997 and still haven't got a response from Zenith customer service - does anyone know where to find the serial number and bracelet code number on this watch?

Hi there Grillo, used to own one of these and had something from another forum bookmarked since then - part 1discuss the model numbering etc. You probably already came across this, apologies upfront if it is unusable but I hope it helps
