HELP Identify Omega - Vintage

I have searched to find another gen omega like this. It does not have Seamaster directly under Omega on the watch face. I am trying to get a value. I know the bracelet is not gen. There is no box or papers.

Open it up. All the identifying codes will be stamped inside the caseback and the movement will have its stamp code.too.

I am still non the wiser. However a jewelers shop refused to value it saying it is a rare vintage.

So it looks like a 1957 Omega SeaMaster. Men's Steel manual wind, non- waterproof watch. Now if you concur, then start searching Omega watch sales from.vintage shops. You can undercut them by 10% or so if you want to move it.

This watch dial.looks.like yours, 1952. So it is possible to have had an older dial put on or an older.watch with a newer movement put in. The thing about watches from this era is it is totally possible they used old.stock and could have mixed in New parts to sell off excess.

DaleM Thanks for your input. It belongs to a friend of mine and he wants to know how much he should advertise it for on the bay. It a clean working watch.

Does.your friend like weed? Cause 420, lol!
the value will be in the eye of the buyer. A collector would love a clean movement and dial like that. I can't provide the value to him. He will have to do some work.
