SKX031

Case, bezel and hands replaced from Pepsi variant.

New Insert and crystal.

Original movement was very tired so the movement was replaced from a not very old Seiko 5

After-market solid link bracelet but original end pieces.

So the only original bits left are the dial and end pieces (Trigger's broom scenario) LOL

I have an old Seiko with a broken bracelet and was looking to replace it . I could just get a new (same) bracelet or was thinking about a leather strap that would look nice as well.

Any idea's?

Can you show the underside of the watch?

Well, that looks pretty standard. I should think the easiest thing would be to fit a fairly thin leather strap.

Plenty available, I prefer to get mine from Watch-Band-Center in Germany.

Thanks Waspy but I'm in Canada, the shipping would likely cost more than the strap. I'm looking for suggestions on what style of strap people have seen on this watch that looks good. Do you think it's better suited to leather or stainless steel?

I wanted this one because it's the only one with a blue minute hand that matches the bezel

My 1st limited edition that has 'Limited Edition' printed in the dial.

SRP453 aka Seiko Baby Tuna Superior Limited Edition that was launched in 2013.

And the hunt for past limited editions continues.......

Seiko 5 SNK803K2 fitted with a Seiko NH36A movement.

I'm sure you'll know, the NH36A is a hacking and hand-winding automatic movement.

There can't be too many Seiko 5s with this movement, even less in this particular model I should think.
