Not sure about that dial, looks a bit aftermarket. Rest of watch looks like a gen well worn / polished 1601 but hard to be certain without more pics of side, between lugs, movement shot with case back off.

This is my first Rolex that I bought all myself in the early 90's as a gift to myself when I was in college and open my first business, I guess its considered vintage now.

To me its seems old but genuine. Hoping that the interior is as clean !
