Helson Sharkmaster 300 - anyone bite at this Omega Seamaster 300 Homage?

I love the vintage Omega Seamaster 300 to the point that I have several modded/relumed reps:

I had had even contemplated picking up a used Watchco recreated Omega Seamaster 300 but lately wanted more of a sapphire crystal.

I saw the Borealis Estoril but somehow that dumb Estoril name ruined it for me.

I was waiting for the MKII homage too but the waiting list is still there and it is roughly $2k.

Then the Helson Sharkmaster 300 came on my radar:
