View attachment 102262 Picked this 1979 omega seamaster quartz cal.1342 up for under £200 with the original box

I know it’s quartz but had service history and original box for the price didn’t seem to bad

For the time being popped it on a vintage bond nato

Me like. Nice pick-up! Sometimes a quartz is nice to have in the collection. No fussing with setting time after it sits.

Exactly most of my watches are automatic or manual wind so it’s nice to have a watch to just grab and go

Here in NL it seems the market is also being flooded with cheap vintage omegas. Just great dress watches! Going to look for one as well!

Nothing wrong with quartz :) I saw one with an employee of a store once and was quite impressed. Might pick up a gold one too ;) they look very nice on the wrist with a suit !
congratz.

Pics or it didn't happen :p
