Sorry for some of the ups and downs today, we are testing some changes. I apologize for everything expressed in this thread. I promise, it is not neglect on our end, it is an issue of time. We have thrown a lot of money at servers, etc. This is 1000% NOT a hardware issue, we have very robust servers. We are planning some massive software changes over the next 45 days to try to address these issues.
