Can this Sub be associated to a specific factory?

Hi, first of all, apologies in advance if there is any other post for questions like. I used the search function but did not find any other place than this here.

I required a Sub about 2 1/2 years ago in CZ and did find any information on this watch. It looks alright ish for my untrained eye. The movement is not dead quiet and it not as smooth running as an ETA 2824 (Swiss not Asian).

Is there a chance that this watch can be connected with any specific factory? And if you think that this a terrible one then feel free to say that, too.

Thank you! Did not know anything about Regmariners but reading about it (especially the movement) it seems to be exactly that one.

Well I just learned in the Sales channel that this is most likely some DHGate cheapie. Pity.
